Shipping

We print and pack every order ourselves, so please allow 1-2 business days before your order ships.

• Germany: 3-5 business days
• Rest of EU: 5-8 business days

Flat items (postcards, cards, A4 prints) ship in sturdy flat mailers. Larger prints (A3, 70x50) ship rolled in a protective tube – slightly higher shipping cost, but your print arrives the way it left our hands.

You'll see the exact shipping cost at checkout before you complete your order.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind – no questions asked, no drama.

To return something:

1. Email us at hello@puschk.com within 14 days of receiving your order
2. Send the item back in its original condition – unused, unfolded, undamaged
3. Once we receive it, we'll refund you within 14 days to your original payment method

You cover the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or wrong – in that case, that one's on us.

Damaged or Wrong Item?

Things happen in transit sometimes. If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us at hello@puschk.com with a photo within 14 days and we'll sort it – replacement or refund, your choice.
