How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, 3-5 business days. Everywhere else in the EU, 5-8 business days. We print and pack everything ourselves, so give us a day or two to get your order out the door before the clock starts.

How much does shipping cost?

Depends on what you're ordering – flat items (postcards, cards, A4 prints) ship cheaper than anything that needs a tube (A3, 70x50). You'll see the exact cost at checkout before you pay, no surprises.

Are the prints framed?

No – they come unframed, rolled or flat depending on size. This keeps them affordable and easy to ship, and lets you pick a frame that actually matches your space.

What's the print quality like?

Premium matte paper – 170g for A4, 250g for A3 and 70x50. Sturdy enough to handle, good enough to actually notice.

Can I return or exchange something?

Yes. You've got 14 days to change your mind, no questions asked. See our Shipping & Returns page for the how-to.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card, PayPal, and Klarna. All handled securely at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently EU only. If you're outside the EU and really want something, reach out – we'll see what we can do.
